One of only 12 units in a 33 unit quiet Condotel that face the ocean. Sit on your private balcony drinking a cup of coffee and enjoying the sunrise. Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach are a few of the only beaches in the USA that allow vehicles on the beach! Fully furnished kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Keurig coffee maker for your use. Unit has a queen size Murphy bed for added space during the day. Futon with ottoman opens up to a full size bed. Private wifi for just our unit. Smart tv with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Pandora, etc. Amazon Alexa at your command. Heated pool on the premises . Walk over to the pool or walk down the steps and you are on the beach. STUDIO IS PRESENTLY BEING REMODELED. Photos will be updated.
