Respect creates a fair environment for exchange! welcome to my cosy room in Munich center. Very nice area with nice local restaurants. The bathroom and toilets are to share. for the food there are restaurants around the area. towels and shower stuff might be available for the guest. the 25m2 Room is very quiet and gives a nice cosy atmosphere. Drinking and smoking are not allowed in the room. for further question feel free to ask anything before booking. Train station is very close and good connection to the city center. to Octoberfest you only need 4 min by car and 10 min if you walk. looking forward to meet you! L
