Our neighborhood is very popular, cosmopolitan, and lively—just a stone’s throw from Paris :) The neighborhood isn’t exactly safe, so you need to keep an eye on your belongings. There are mostly local shops: a grocery store, a bakery, and a supermarket ... You’re just one metro stop away from Paris! It takes about 30 minutes to reach Châtelet in the heart of the capital.

- The Parc de la Villette is a very nice place (5 minutes from the apartment by metro): gardens, theaters, a science and discovery museum for kids, dance performances, barbecues... ********
