Two private bedrooms, each with closet & private bathroom (tub/shower combo). One BR has a king bed & the other has a queen. Screened porch. My home is 3 miles from the Ole Miss campus. Wi-fi and access to kitchen/den provided. The neighborhood is very quiet. Access to community pool is available in season. I will be here most nights. Enjoy the South’s most charming university town.

I live in a quiet development in Oxford, MS. My home is 3 miles from Ole Miss campus & I have two guest rooms upstairs for rent. One has a king bed; the other has a queen bed. Each room has its own closet & a private bathroom w/ tub/shower. I will probably be at home most nights.

I had a nice brief stay at Tim's comfortable house just outside the center of Oxford. The home is immaculate and I had a large bedroom and bath on the 2nd floor to myself. Tim provided some helpful suggestions (dining, sites of interest) for the area.

We had a great stay at Tim's house. The home is well-decorated, everything was spotless, and both rooms are comfortable. The house is in a good location—not too far from Ole Miss and in a quiet neighborhood. We also had a chance to talk with Tim, and he's very friendly and gave great recommendations.

Tim was a great host! The house was clean and comfortable. We even shared a drink and some nice conversation despite my late arrival for a one night stay.

This was my second stay with Tim and everything was equally as nice the second time around. Tim is a gracious host, communicates well and has an immaculate home. We had the chance to visit on my last night as we have some common friends and our families grew up in the same general area of Mississippi. I'll definitely stay with Tim again in the future!

Tim is a terrific host and is incredibly responsive. His place is exactly as described and he is very nice and professional. I would not hesitate to stay here again. If anyone needs to visit Oxford or Ole Miss for any reason, I highly recommend him.

Tim was such a gracious host. His home was exactly as described and in a perfect location for what I wanted - everything was very clean and immaculate. He was in communication from the start and made sure I had everything I needed and checked in daily to make sure I was enjoying my stay. I highly recommend staying with Tim - the proximity to Ole Miss is fantastic! I hope to stay with Tim whenever I'm back in this area.
