The building is very secured and we expect proper behavior in all public areas such as the pool, hallways, lobby, etc. Inside the condo, it's clothing optional. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am. You will have full use of the living room, dining area, kitchen, and in suite laundry room. You can have up to two guests over. No smoking is allowed inside the condo. Pets are not allowed.
