The upstairs bathroom is shared with myself, my husband on weekends, and 1 roommate, and there's another downstairs 1/2 bathroom available in the event of a conflict.
In addition to a fully stocked kitchen and pantry with every gadget and appliance you can imagine, I always have a supply of paper products (towels, bowls, plates, cups), and am happy to have you use my stuff.
Average Thermostat temps; summer: 77°, winter: 73°. Note: from 3-6pm M-F, the air conditioner does not run due to time-of-use electric rates. It can be very warm upstairs during this period. Downstairs remains comfortable.
