Full access to the kitchen and dining room. Plenty of driveway parking. Less than 15 minute drive to PHX airport, ASU campus, and only 20 minute drive to the Melrose district full of LGBTQ+ establishments. Numerous restaurants, shopping, and outdoors activities close by. There are bikes and paddleboards you can use!
