Full access to the kitchen and dining room. Plenty of driveway parking. Less than 15 minute drive to PHX airport, ASU campus, and only 20 minute drive to the Melrose district full of LGBTQ+ establishments. Numerous restaurants, shopping, and outdoors activities close by. Nice, lovely and quiet place. A very nice bed which I did sleep very well. They both are very friendly including the dog. It was very convenient to me and close to a lot of restaurants and food trucks.

I loved this stay. The house was beautiful with an amazing backyard and pool. Jason was so easy to communicate with and is an amazing guy I can now call a friend. The location was perfect, just minutes from the airport and easy access to all freeways. I am very exited to return.

Jason and JoJo did a great job of making me feel welcome in their beautiful home. They were checking to see if I needed anything - I didn't because they had already provided all i needed — except some local recommendations and those they freely offered. My room and private bath were well appointed and immaculate. Their dog, Sebastian is so gentle and quiet; I almost considered trying to sneak him into my suitcase. On arrival, Jason made sure I was ok with him. While I didn't have a chance to use their pool, I did have lunch beside it one day. The area was an oasis - quiet, cool, and refreshing.

Had a great stay here, Jason and Jojo went above and beyond as host. Great location and assisted on great places to eat and visit during the stay. I'd give six stars if I could! Thanks again guys.

My stay with Jason and Jojo was great! The house was lovely and quiet spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet as described. Room was comfortable, the bathroom was cleanly, and the backyard was lovely. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, always there when I needed something. The dog was also super sweet. And even though the pool had to be cleaned thoroughly for the first day, my time the next was good. Great stay for a great price, thank you to both. I hope my next time we can chat some more!

Jason & JoJo were wonderful hosts. They were very communicative throughout, from planning to checkout. I loved the pool and the location and the seriously amazing shower! The rate is terrific for the amenities. Be sure to try the lobster joint nearby for cheap lobster rolls. These gentlemen will treat you right! Thanks again guys!
