Phil and AJ welcome you to our clothing optional LGBTQ+ sanctuary.
We are excited to contribute to your Phoenix experience. Our Casita offers all of the amenities one desires when visiting the Valley of the Sun. A perfect balance of solitude and social space shared by another gay male couple whom live on the property. Take in the sunshine, hummingbirds, and occasional dog kisses while floating in the pool or soaking in the spa.
Enjoy rinsing off in the outdoor shower prior to or after your time in the pool/spa.

I don't even know where to begin to tell you how wonderful my stay was. From the moment I walked through the gate into a meticulously maintained yard to the moment I left, I felt nothing but welcomed. These guys are so wonderful with communication and making sure their guests are comfortable and have everything they need. 5-stars for everything, but I have to tell you, the pictures do not do justice for how well appointed and maintained everything is. Best experience I've ever had.

I had the best stay at Cozy La Casita del Sol! Alton and Phil were incredibly accommodating, and every detail exceeded my expectations. Honestly, the casita, pool, and shared spaces are even better in person than in the photos! Even though the pool area is shared, it still felt like I had plenty of privacy. It's truly a must-see and experience for yourself. If I ever return to Arizona, I know exactly where I'll be staying again.

Great experience with AJ and Phil. A beautiful cottage in a stunning back yard: lovely pool, hot tub, loungers, etc. Every need is catered for. I was constantly surprised at how well-equipped the place was - better than any 5-star hotel yet organized into a more efficient space. It's almost brand new, with excellent design. AJ and Phil were gracious, warm, and welcoming. I felt right at home. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I return to Phoenix!

Really enjoyed our stay! Phil and AJ were welcoming and friendly and we enjoyed hanging out with them when they were home. The Casita was very nice and clean with great amenities. The bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed lounging by and in the clothing optional pool and using the hot tub in the evening.
