Smoking is allowed on the terrace of the building. You can use all the equipment of the apartment and enjoy the comfort. Istria is known for its nudist and gay tourism. Each place has a nudist beach with a gay section. The nearest gay beach "Dajla" is 500 meters from the apartment, and the most famous gay beach on the Adriatic "Monsena" is located in Rovinj where the gay club Labirint is located.
