You will find washing machine, kettle, smart TV, microwave, coffee maker, Alexa home assistant, bluetooth speakers, book exchange corner, city maps and guides available, comfortable bed, great shower. It is located in the city center but offers the quietest nights to sleep :) Be careful, the stairs are narrow and steep, the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator... the building is a typical old city VICOLI DI GENOVA, the neighborhood is the medieval Carmine, lively and safe, full of life during the day and quiet at night...

Rather well located, very calm. Negative points : - 4th floor, no lift, very narrow staircase, irregular steps - staircase filthy, mouse- and pigeon droppings all over the place - very tiny appartment but all necessary amenities present - not very well cleaned (hairs in the bathroom, "sticky" surfaces in the kitchen, left over water in the fridge, obviously not cleaned in depth (under sofa, bed,...)) - washing machine didn't work
