Summertime grilling year round. Our outdoor space is perfect for cooking and relaxing with multiple lounging areas. Full outdoor kitchen with grill (propane), cooktop (propane), mini refrigerator and sinks. During the cold nights you can warm up with our firepit.

Home Rules and Regulations 1. No unregistered guest on the property. 2. No unregistered guest for overnight stay. 3. No shoes inside the home. 4. No smoking - $1000 fee if smoking happens in the house. 5. No drugs in or out of the home. 6. No parties or events. 7. Quiet time after 10:30 p.m. 8. No pets 9. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. 10. Turn off lights when leaving the home. 11. Wash the dishes and throw out the garbage before checking out. (additional $150 cleaning fee) 12. Report all broken items. 13. Do not rearrange furniture. 14. Any violators will be asked to leave the property. 15. Any additional guest outside of the reservation will be charged $50 per night per person.
