➤ In a lovely residence with swimming pool and tennis court, this 70m2 duplex apartment comprises a living room opening onto a sea-view terrace, an equipped kitchen, a toilet on the first level - and 2 bedrooms, one of which has a closet, 1 shower room with toilet and a second sea-view terrace on the second level.

The first terrace is equipped with two sun loungers and an outdoor shower, as well as a table for lunch and dinner with sea view. The second terrace, accessible from the bedrooms, offers a hammock for relaxing, again with sea views.

At the foot of the Fabron district, in one of Nice's few protected green areas (surrounded by greenery and facing the sea). The location provides direct access to the beach (2 min) and city center (less than 5 min). Located at the heart of the main tourist sites, you have quick and easy access to all major traffic arteries (Cannes 20min / Monaco 20min / historic Vieux-Nice 5min).

A car (or motorbike/scooter) is a must in our region if you want to discover the jewels in our crown (Monte-Carlo, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Vence, Cannes, Les Lérins, Mont Boron, l'Esterel, Cap d'Antibes, Villefranche Bay, Menton, San Remo Market in Italy, etc.).

On the other hand, if you want to discover the atmosphere of Nice, there's nothing better than walking or cycling (blue bikes are available everywhere).

You can also rent electric bikes at the foot of the residence.
