Welcome to Karim-Fabio, Flavien, Théia, our "little" Saint-Bernard, and Thémis and Adès, our two cats!
We offer 3 rooms in our house with an exceptional view, at the entrance to the Vercors regional park. It's located in the middle of a wood on the slopes of Sassenage, 15 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the ski slopes of Villard de Lans. The T64 bus from Grenoble train station to Villard de Lans stops nearby (journey time = 30 min).
We share the 65m2 living room (lounge + kitchen + dining room) and bathroom. Above-ground pool in summer (subject to availability) and safe parking in the courtyard in front of the house.
Land of 5400m2 (including 4500m2 of woodland). The view of the Chartreuse and Belledonne mountains in the heart of nature guarantees peace and quiet. No vis-à-vis, inside or out.
We have absolutely no problem with naturism. But we're not necessarily naked at home. It depends on the mood and the weather :-)
We'll welcome you with a drink on arrival, if you like, so we can get to know each other :-)
Finally, if you'd like to dine without going too far, we can recommend an intimate, gay-friendly restaurant where the food is 100% homemade, a 10-minute walk from our place (3 minutes by car).

A top-notch weekend. What can I say about this stay with Flavien and Fabio! From my arrival to my departure, they were amazing hosts in every way. Welcoming, interesting, and considerate. From tips on visiting the region to conversations on many topics: Flavien and Fabio are always listening and taking great care for a relaxing stay and digital detox surrounded by beautiful mountains, greenery, and rivers. All in the company of their lovely Saint Bernard. Needless to say, it's all about the vibe and so it also depends on you! but with these hosts Flavien and Fabio, we played board games during a rain shower. Stop looking and join them! Enjoy!

Very beautiful house with a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountain ranges! Quiet bedroom, charming hosts and a cute giant stuffed animal. Flavien and Karim are attentive, welcoming, warm and great company. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I had to cancel on the day because I was sick. However, I had very good exchanges with the guys. I won't hesitate to book again on my next visit.
