The space
Great Party place.
• 80" 4k smart TV in living room with apple tv and many apps.
• Full scale Large Movie Theater with bean bags. Movie room equipped with xbox and ********do, apple tv, professional sound for full theater experience.
• Game room with pool table, slot machines (for enjoyment only), , board games, Bar in Game room with sink, ref, Marquetta machine (to be used by host), (liquor not included but can be requested at cost).
• Outside games at request is cornhole games.
• Outdoor grill. (both charcoal and gas).
• Full Breakfast on last day (but can be extended to anyday). This would include fresh fruit, fresh made breads/muffins, egg omelets, homemade waffles or pancakes, hash browns, bacon and sausage.
• You can request a crab/Shrimp cook out at cost for crabs +$75. Live Crabs will be steamed on site and served on one of two pick neck tables (one pick next table on the dock and one in the yard).
• You can request cookout. With such items as barbeque ribs, Hamburgers, hot dogs, homemade slow cooked (9hours) pull pork. (at cost of food, +$10 per person). All cooked by on site chef. Chef will do all the shopping prior to your arrival.
• Design and make your own word art. Design on computer your word art and the computer will cut it from wood. You can paint or stain it on site.
• Request the host to stock your favorite beer, alcohol and drinks.
• Every bedroom has Keyboards, mice and monitors. Great workspace.

Frequently ask questions:

With the Host living there; is there privacy?

Yes. The host lives on one side of the house where the other three bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house. The host is there to make sure your stay is enjoyable, relaxing and all the amenities are available. You will see as little or as much of the host as requested.
Guest access
Fun on and in the water. (April 1 - October 30)
• Large dock with 12 feet water depths
• Water toys such as large rafts that fit 6-8 people, floats and tubes. (per requests)
• 21 foot boat (speed boat, regal obx21) for boat trips up and down the Nabbs creek (stoney creek). (at request and cost per person). You can have the boat deliver you to a number of restaurants on the creeks such as Broken oar or Michaels seafood restaurants & Bar (depending on weather). On a clear day you can take a boat trip to Annapolis, Kent islands tiki bars or Baltimore.
• Fish from the docks or from the boat.

Live Crab/Shrimp feast, with steam corn. Cost of food and $10 per person
