Privacy Suite in the Heart of San Diego

Brian was the perfect host, and his home is absolutely beautiful. The room was very comfortable, and there was so much to do within walking distance. Brian was also very social, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding area, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting San Diego!

My experience here was disappointing largely because of the absence of any meaningful host interaction. Aside from roughly three minutes spent showing me the room at arrival, the host was essentially unavailable for the duration of my stay and communicated only through text. One of the reasons I choose to book through ******** rather than a hotel is the opportunity for a more personal and welcoming experience with a host. Unfortunately, that element was entirely missing here. If a hands-off stay with minimal host presence is what you're looking for, this may suit you. However, it was not the experience I expected when booking.

Very pleasant stay at Brian's house. Room was exactly as described, very clean and the mattress was extremely comfortable. Brian was kind enough to give me some tips for places for dinner before my theater tickets.

Staying with Brian for the week was fantastic. The location was awesome, within walking distance of Little Italy and just a short ride away from all kinds of other locations that I wanted to spent time in. Brian was extremely easy to communicate with and made the check-in process super simple. Having the app on my phone to lock and unlock the front door made coming and going very simple throughout my stay. Clean, comfortable, easy stay.

Brian was a fantastic host. He's very easy to get along with. We also hung out one evening and it was a lot of fun spending time with him and his friends. Brian's home is beautiful and very clean. He was easy to communicate with regarding my stay and provided great local recommendations too. His place is also very conveniently located, not being too far from downtown, Hillcrest, Balboa, and the airport. Would absolutely stay with him again!

Brian was a great host, with clear communication. The place is lovely, the room clean and comfortable and the location great for getting both downtown for conventions and to Hillcrest. I had a late afternoon flight and he kindly let me store my bag while I was at a convention in the morning. Would recommend to anyone.

A wonderful time in San Diego. Brian welcomed us very well and gave us plenty of relevant information about the city and neighborhoods to visit. Also about good restaurants to see. A well-located accommodation.

Brian was very friendly and responsive. The space is very nice and I slept well in the bed. It was awesome having a digital key so I didn't have to carry around one more thing. Parking was relatively easy and it's very well located. Definitely recommend and would stay again!
