Between Sologne and Berry, facing the Cher and the Canal du Berry, come and enjoy our large, charming, late 19th-century "Belle Epoque" house, recently renovated ******** and able to accommodate up to 12 guests (14 possible).

Winter weather? Enjoy the lounges and fireplaces with family and friends. Summer weather? Relax in the garden with its large terrace.

In the heart of the Cher valley, take the opportunity to discover the Sologne forests, Beauval zoo and our castles!

After a year's refurbishment, our completely renovated and beautifully decorated home will welcome you comfortably, with its two lounges, large dining room (up to 14 place settings), 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The house rises over 3 levels served by a majestic wooden staircase.

On the first floor, you'll enjoy spacious reception areas including: * a vast entrance hall, * a functional, fully-equipped kitchen (with cooking piano), * a living room with fireplace (functional), enveloping you in a warm terracotta and forest green ambience, and two large sofas to welcome you around a wide coffee table, * a 10/14-cover dining room, for convivial meals under a majestic chandelier, in a green and chrome ambiance. * a TV lounge (165-inch screen), with its fireplace (electric), for chilling out in front of a film or series (VOD available at extra cost). * bathroom (shower + double washbasin) and separate toilet.

On the second floor, you'll find 4 tastefully furnished and decorated bedrooms, completely renovated in 2022: * Chambre Canal (2 people, 14m2), in powder pink and petroleum blue tones, with a beautiful view of the canal. * the Chambre Jaune (2 people, 24m2), with its functional fireplace and relaxing corner, where you can admire the canal view from the large French window. * Chambre Kaki (sleeps up to 3, 23m2), with its modern khaki green and yellow decor, features a sitting area and TV screen (HDMI only). * the Junior Room (sleeps up to 3, 11m2), for children or adults, inspired by childhood memories... (bunk beds + pull-out bed) * The yellow bathroom (bath + double washbasin, towel dryer) and separate WC.

On the 2nd floor, enjoy other spaces: * On the landing, a 15m2 office space (21' screen available), and the library will enable you to telework in a pleasant setting. * Chambre Vincent (2 people, 11m2), a small, cosy, quiet room with blue and turquoise tones. * Chambre Ginko (up to 3 people), in blue and black tones, with its desk area (screen available), and its view over the canal, for a quiet retreat. * Shower room (shower + washbasin + WC).

The cellar is accessible only on request for access to the laundry room. The house is equipped with a reversible heating system for air cooling on the ground and second floors (fans available for the 2nd floor).

The garden offers a variety of spaces (!!! until June 2022, landscaping in progress): * On the side of the house, enjoy a large terrace for 14-20 people, with barbecue (charcoal) available. * At the rear of the terrace, you'll find relaxation areas with deckchairs. * At the front of the house, various terraces to enjoy the sun at its zenith (due south).
