Additional rules • Please follow check-in and out instructions • Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames. • Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. • No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like. • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation. • No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. • Mail services are not available. We suggest guests set up a temporary mailbox at the nearby UPS Store or USPS • Do not disturb management at the complex at any time. Message us through the messaging system for ALL issues. • FEES: Lost TV remote control will result in a $50 Charge • FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge • FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75. • FEES: $20 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. • FEES: $50 Handling Charge AFTER shipping costs for items left behind that need to be sent back. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at our discretion.
