1 Private Bed room. Bed size: 135*190 1 bathroom shared with the other guest from Room A. Other shared spaces are the living room, kitchen, dining area and balcony. The area is very alive and many great restaurants and cafes! And 3 big supermarkets Mercadona, Hiperdino, and Eurospar are next door. You could have everything just like in your own home, as long as you clean them for others after usage. Kitchenware and tableware, oven, microwave, fridge, washer can be used during your stay. Some rules: No smoking and pets are allowed in the apartment ( in the balcony possible). Visiters are not allowed. And please be quiet after 22h as it is in a residential area.

I had a great stay at Alex's. The appartement has everything you need and bed was comfortable enough. Good location, easy to get there from the airport by bus. There's a Mercadona just next to the appartement. It's a short walk to Yumbo and long but manageable walk to the beach. The other guests were nice and easygoing.

It is a very clean, comfy and nice Apartment, near a convenient Shopping área. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Loved to meet the other tenants. The Beach is really paradise!

I had a wonderful stay at Alex & Laurent's place! The unit was very clean, well-organized, and in a great area with shops nearby and quick access to the beach. I had the pleasure of meeting Laurent; he was extremely helpful, welcoming, and friendly — he took the time to show me around and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here, both for the space and for such a kind and accommodating host!

Magnificent apartment with bedrooms, dining room, kitchen and very spacious and above all very clean bathrooms, located in a good area with bars and restaurants. I didn't meet Alex but Jorge was a perfect host, helping with everything and especially very flexible with check-in and check-out. Without a doubt, a place to return to when I come back to Maspalomas.

Everything is great and well-organized. What I missed was a bit of coziness. Everything, and especially the room, was very simple. Terrible lighting. Also, the lights that constantly trigger through sensors are annoying. The shower in the assigned bathroom was also small. But in general, everything is fine.
