Other shared spaces are the living room, kitchen, dining area and balcony.
The area is very alive and many great restaurants and cafes! And 3 big supermarkets Mercadona, Hiperdino, and Eurospar are next door.
You could have everything just like in your own home, as long as you clean them for others after usage. Kitchenware and tableware, oven, microwave, fridge, washer can be used during your stay.
Some rules: No smoking and pets are allowed in the apartment ( in the balcony possible). Visiters are not allowed. And please be quiet after 22h as it is in a residential area.
