1 Private Bed room. Bed size: 135*190 1 bathroom shared with the other guests from Room D. Other shared spaces are the living room, kitchen, dining area and balcony. The area is very alive and many great restaurants and cafes! And 3 big supermarkets Mercadona, Hiperdino, and Eurospar are next door. You could have everything just like in your own home, as long as you clean them for others after usage. Kitchenware and tableware, oven, microwave, fridge, washer can be used during your stay. Some rules: No smoking and pets are allowed in the apartment ( in the balcony possible). Visiters are not allowed. And please be quiet after 22h as it is in a residential area.

Was very good organised everything with check in/check out. Felt welcomed by Alex and his partner. Everything in the apartment is very functional and easy to stay for 10 night as I did, even washing machine for guest. I thought the location could be a problem but it's so close to Yumbo etc, just cross road 500 and you in middle of everything. Can recommend stay here, it fits both short and long stays in Maspalomas Thank you Alex and your partner!

I guess its ok for the cost especially at a premium time of year. I did not enjoy sharing a bathroom but that s personal taste and depends on the other user. I had not realised just how far away from the beach the place is but good for exercise! Some of the fixtures need upgrading, it is all very dated. I was lucky and had nice guys as neighbours.

I had a great stay! The communication was fast and helpful, the check-in was easy, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect as well. Thank you for being wonderful hosts — I'd be happy to stay again!

If you want to feel like home, this is your place: a very big, clean and tidy apartment with everything you need. Although Alex and Jorge were not there, they were always on the line and worried about making my stay as comfortable, delightful and smooth as possible. Thanks a lot for hosting me for only two days and two nights. Best regards!

Nice clean and comfortable space. Other guests were quiet professional and respectable. Close to shopping and 10 mins walk from jumbo. Contactless checkin. Host wasn't there but we communicated well prior to checkin Ideal for short stays

Alex was a great host. He is a nice and very helpful guy. The room was exactly as described and the shared facilities are very good. The apartment is ideally located for the Yumbo center. Only the way to the dunes and beach is a bit longer, but well manageable. I recommend staying at Alex's place.
