The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: everything very clean and tidy. The atmosphere is very cosmopolitan. All guests are very polite and respectful to each other. A wonderful kitchen for cooking. A very pleasant living room to rest or watch TV. The bedrooms are perfect and the bathrooms are spotless. You can't ask for more at such a reasonable price. Very interesting to be able to meet other guys in this very friendly accommodation and especially very well equipped with everything. It remains close to everything and it is in complete peace and quiet, which is appreciated. Being able to live naked is also a big advantage and allows you to live comfortably and in complete conviviality. I recommend it.

Nice spot for staying in Maspalomas if you are looking for a quiet, very clean apartment with full amenities and located on a friendly and lively neighborhood. Just a 10 minutes walk away from Jumbo or Playa del Inglés, very good communication with the host. Recommended

Staying at Alex's apartment was great. Everything corresponds to the description on the website. A little far from the dunes. I highly recommend it for accommodation if you are planning your holiday in Gran Canaria.

We had a very good stay with Alex and Laurent, the apartment is very well located close to bus stops and a 10-minute walk from Yumbo centrum, the apartment is very very clean. Nice place to stay. If you like naturism this is the right place. Walk the whole day naked throughout the whole apartment is no problem. Sit on the couch, at the table, in the kitchen, everything is at your disposal. Communication is easy, host is relaxed, place is clean. It is 15min walk from Yumbo, supermarket and restaurants are very near. So it is a good place to stay here for your holiday in GranCanaria.

First you should know that the check in uses the Nuki app, which means that it's better if you have an internet connection (otherwise you may have some difficulties checking in, as I did). Appart from that, I had a very nice stay. The flat is a little far from the beach but I don't mind walking and you definitely get it back on the price ! Also, there are some very good restaurants around. If like me you're looking for a cheap place to stay, I recommand it.
