1 Private Bed room with a desk and TV. Bed size: 160*200 1 bathroom shared with the other guest from Room C. Other shared spaces are the living room, kitchen, dining area and balcony. The area is very alive and many great restaurants and cafes! And 3 big supermarkets Mercadona, Hiperdino, and Eurospar are next door. You could have everything just like in your own home, as long as you clean them for others after usage. Kitchenware and tableware, oven, microwave, fridge, washer can be used during your stay.

It was great staying at this place. It is may not be as Central as others but not at all far off (like around 12 mins walk) and then you have great infrastructure right in front of the house (supermarket, pharmacy, coffee place, bars, restaurants). Taxis are about €4.50 to €5.00 to/from Yumbo. What I also really appreciated was how meticulously clean this place is kept.

Nice room, one of four. The bed is good, nice bathroom. All needed equipment in the kitchen. Punctual cleaning and maintanance. I had a wonderfull time, made a new friend. Ofcourse depending on the other (possibly)3 guests.

Room D is one of 4 rooms in the shared apartment and for my requirements, my impression was that it was best suited for working remotely during the day. There was a small desk and the internet connection is also very good. I felt very comfortable in the apartment together with the other roommates. Everything was always clean and tidy.

The accommodation is clean, very comfortable and well equipped. For those who wish to work, the internet connection is of very good quality. Its location is ideal, there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The neighborhood is very quiet without being too remote, you need to allow 15 minutes on foot to reach the nearest beach, and the same to go to Yumbo. I didn't have a car for my stay and it didn't bother me at all. Alex, despite his absence during my stay, was very attentive and was able to respond to all my requests. Thank you again for being so responsive. I hope to be able to return soon.
