Newly renovated house for 4 people in the heart of the village and close to shops (bakery-pastry shop, supermarket, butcher-caterer, florist, pizzeria, restaurant) including a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a living room with open kitchen fully equipped, a bedroom, a bathroom, separate wc and an outdoor dining area. Free parking and lockable bicycle storage We are at the center of many places to visit (Semur en Auxois, Avallon, Autun, Castles and Abbeys, Lakes) Possibility on request of table d'hôtes in the evening in our house adjoining the gîte and on reservation at the latest 24 hours before for 25€/pers (aperitif-starter-main course-dessert and wine included at the rate of 1/2 bottle / person )
