We welcome you to our 250m2 house on 9ha of greenery, with swimming pool, where we offer 4 rooms with breakfast included.
Room with private shower room and toilet, bed 180*200. Bathroom linen provided. Situated in the turret of the house, where you have a breathtaking view of nature. 10*5 swimming pool, where you can enjoy a breathtaking, unoverlooked view.
The house is located in the Lot-et-Garonne, near the Dordogne. 10km from Miramont de Guyenne, 30min from Bergerac and Marmande and 1h30 from Bordeaux.
You can easily park on the property.
