Nice house 15 minutes by car from the center of Montpellier and 2 km from the nearest tram station. Place de la Comédie and the center of Montpelier are just 6.5 km away. Montpellier SNCF train station is 7 km away, Montpellier airport is 7.5 km away and the beach is 11 km away. The house has two bedrooms, an office, an equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a terrace and a garden. There is also parking for one or several cars in front of the house, air conditioning (in the main room and in the living room) and Wi-Fi internet connection. Towels and bed linen are provided.
