Cozy room with split air conditioning and closet. We offer breakfast. hot water available in the bathroom. Window gets the morning sun and has a nice view to Santa Teresa. In common areas , living room and kitchen are integrated, with air conditioning and netflix . WiFi available all over the place. Apartment has been just renovated . To reach the building is not necessary to go up hills or stairs . It is a quiet street, but pretty close to the bars and night clubs of Lapa (a 5-10 minute walk ).
