QUIET/SLEEPING HOURS: from 11PM until 7AM, Sunday through Thursday. With the exception of the weekends, wherein we are willing to extend hours until 1am max. TAKE YOUR SHOES OFF AT THE DOOR: This ensures that outside contaminants are left at the door to protect the flow energies that we aim to provide our home. CLAY-GO: Clean-as-you-go actively keeps our home free of grime, dirt, and mess from accumulating in our shared community spaces. This includes all of the shared-spaces within the rooms as only the bed-pods are considered “fully private” to each resident. Wash your pots, panda, dishes, and utensils immediately after-use and dry them appropriately before returning them to their homes in the kitchen cabinets or drawers. BEDROOM CLEANLINESS / NO FOOD IN ROOMS. Help us prevent insects from invading our sleeping quarters by refraining from keeping food items in the bedrooms. Kindly coordinate with roommates for cleaning and disposal of trash, as our cleaning staff are only allowed in the common areas. LAUNDRY SCHEDULE: MONDAYS/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY ONLY. Residents are required to wash their own bed-linens and towels. HOME-PARTIES. It’s BYOB. No selling of hard liquor. Hosting-resident is responsible for coordinating/executing the setup and clean-up both the day-of and the day-after the event. A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if hosting-resident did not satisfy community cleanliness standards after the party. SMOKE-FREE INDOORS / OUTDOOR SMOKING. Due to centralized temperature controls, we maintain a smoke-free indoors to keep our AC-vents/filters clean and breathable. This also keeps the scent of smoke from lingering in doors. WIPE BATHROOM AFTER-USE. Because the bedrooms share the 2-common bathrooms, all personal toiletry items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, facial wash, shavers/razors, toothbrushes and toothpaste, etc. should be KEPT INSIDE THE ROOMS. Any items found in the bathroom will be donated to the community supplies. Remember to wipe the sink, bowl, and other surfaces of any contaminants in respect for the next person. LATE/EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to previous guests pushing our limits with arriving outside of our check-in window. We have a $20/hr outside of our official check-in hours between 4pm until 7pm. No guest will be admitted past midnight. NO-SHOW POLICY: Guests who do not show up for check-in before 11:59pm will be deemed "no-show", and their reservation will be cancelled as per cancellation policy. CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES: To help streamline our check-out, we ask guests to kindly strip their beds, take a photos, and send a photo of the stripped bed as proof of check-out. Past guests may continue enjoying amenities of the space until noon of check-out day. Failure to comply will insure a 1-day charge.
