The apartment is in an art deco building on upper east side of miami; 5 minutes by car on the beach and 10 minutes from downtown miami. Quiet place, safe and whit easy access to public transport. Jonathan was an excellent host, with great communication, and v friendly and helpful. The bed is in the living room, with a shared bathroom in Jonathan's bedroom. This meant I had to creep past Jonathan while he slept to use the bathroom, though this wasn't a huge deal. The location is fine although quite far from downtown, and with quite a lot of noise at night due to kids loitering and cars being revved loudly, so I was woken up several times. However, for the price, a good place to stay!

I stayed at Jonathan's and had a pleasant stay. I really required little. The area was quiet, and I was comfortable. It was a short enough ride from the airport so it's perfect if you need a place for a layover or something like that. Jonathan was communicative so everything went as expected.

Jonathan is a great host! Very kind and making sure you have everything you need. He always speaks every time he sees you. Makes you feel right at home. Definitely will return when I come back to Miami!

Jonathan's place was exactly as he described it. Neat as a pin. Super clean. Jonathan himself is a dream host. Sofa bed was actually quite comfortable. Great value if you don't mind sharing bathroom and sleeping in living room.
