The apartment is designed to make you feel right at home, as it is fully equipped so you won’t have to worry about a thing (king-size bed, premium amenities, flat-screen TV with streaming channels, Bose/Marshall speakers, and Nespresso coffee machine).

To keep everything running smoothly, visits are not permitted unless registered in advance. If you’d like to add extra guests, you’re very welcome to do so for an additional fee of 25 USD or 400 MXN per night.

Parking: Free on-site parking is available by prior reservation only and is subject to availability. You’ll also find paid parking options near the building. Please note that access to the parking area is subject to size restrictions to ensure your vehicle’s safety. The maximum permitted dimensions are: 2,500 kg weight, 190 cm height, 500 cm length, and 210 cm width. Due to its location, La Napoles Neighborhood has become an attractive setting for businessmen, counting on its geography with urban projects such as the City of Sports and the Urban Tourist Center 2000, which includes the Polyforum World Trade Center (WTC).

The WTC is a great symbol that identifies our City and one of the most impressive buildings in the world. You will also find the World Trade Center Convention and Exhibition Center, as well as the Siqueiros Cultural Polyforum, which has the largest mural by this artist.

Napoles Neighborhood is known for its many parks, wide streets and its avant-garde commercial growth.

There are mansions and palaces built in the 30s and 40s in the style called Colonial Californian. The colony stands out for its extensive sample of mid-century modern architecture from the avant-garde of the mid-20th century. Our urban loft in Nápoles is strategically located to make getting around easy. Just steps away, you’ll find several bus stops that connect you to different parts of the city. The nearest metro station is Insurgentes Sur, a short taxi or bus ride away. For those who prefer private transportation, we offer free on-site parking. Alternatively, paid parking is available nearby. Mexico City International Airport (MEX) is about a 20–30 minute drive away, depending on traffic. From the airport, you can take a taxi, a private transfer, or the metro to reach our apartment. We kindly ask you to follow a few simple guidelines to help keep everything comfortable for everyone: please close what you open, return anything you use, switch off lights and appliances when not in use, take responsibility for any damage, handle all items with care, tidy up after yourself, and leave everything in its original place.

Please note that, as this is a condominium, access to amenities is managed by the building administration rather than by us. Availability may occasionally be limited or temporarily restricted due to maintenance, capacity policies, or prior reservations. This is beyond our control and does not affect the accommodation service.
