Welcome to my apartment! A cosy home for a parisian getaway of a few days with easy access to downtown, all amenities and a terrasse.
Located in the North East of Paris, the apartment is located ideally close to the Buttes Chaumont Park, one of Paris's biggest and most original green area. Paris downtown is easily accessible through line 5 (Métro Station: Ourc, you are in Métro République in 30 min door to door, Gare de Lyon in 40 min) or line 11 (Métro Station: Place des Fêtes, you can reach the station Rambuteau where the Museum Georges Pompidou is located in 35 min).
5th floor with no elevator, the 40 square meters home is distributed with a kitchen, a double living room, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a bedroom. The apartment also has a 12 square meters terrasse for you to enjoy.

Originally from the South of France, currently living in Paris.
I work in education, specifically on training programs for adults. Previously I worked academic exchange programs and cultural/language immersion programs in the US and Chile.
I am chill, like to listen and to tell good stories, and of course, food! I speak French, English and Spanish.
Very fortunate to be able to travel sometimes for work and therefore taking the opportunity to discover the city I'm in when I can by extending my stay.
I also rent out my Parisian flat when I'm away.

Few minutes walk from the Buttes Chaumont park, one of Paris's biggest nature areas (25 hectares) and quite original. In the park you may find the Rosa Bonheur, with a quite gay-friendly clientele and gay tea-dance on Sundays. About 20-25 minutes walk from the La Vilette Park and the Ourc canal, which then turn into the Saint Martin Canal.
At la Folie Café, in the La Vilette Park, is often hosted on Sundays a drag bingo, and a few themes parties (check the agenda of La Folie).
