I bought this apartment and I live in it. I rent it out when I'm away. It's a two-room apartment of 28m2 located in a typical and quiet square of Paris. It's set in les Buttes Chaumont, the most gorgeous park in Paris, home of le Rosa Bonheur bar, famous for its sunday eve LGBT nights. Close to metro Pyrénées you'll be back in le Marais (Paris gay district) in 15 minutes. This neighborhood is where parisians lives: small shops, restaurants... everything is within 5 minutes from my place, not to mention this exquisite boulangerie down the square!

The flat can accommodate up to 4 travelers thanks to a double bed in the bedroom and a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Small but functional kitchen and a bathroom with a shower (and a hose).

Apartment is a few minutes walk from subway line 11 (Pyrénées) and 7bis (Buttes Chaumont) or using bus 26 direct to Paris Gare du Nord. From CDG or Orly airport it's between 50 to 1h15 minutes depending on the route you take.

Les Buttes Chaumont is THE PLACE TO BE at the moment in Paris. It's still popular and typical and yet posh and trendy. It's like a small village in Paris, with all amenities within reach: boulangerie at the corner of the street for your morning fresh bread and croissants, small shops all around for foods and everything else. Paris centre is only a 10 to 15 minutes ride: Le Marais, City Hall, Chatelet, MOMA. A night bus will take you home to Pyrénées after 1am.

Les Buttes Chaumont is also the biggest park within Paris. The nicest too. Rosa Bonheur is the beergarten you will go to have fun and chill (gay friendly place).
