The apartment has been partly renovated last winter ******** with a new bathroom (including a bath tub) a guest bedroom/study, a dining room (with a small balcony), a living room (can sleep 2) and a master bedroom. It also has a cute kitchen. So it accommodates 2 people very nicely, 4 people very comfortable or 6 max.

The apartment is also close to Belleville and Jourdain famous for their Asian and artist communities. You can also walk to the canal St Martin and enjoy summer activities there or a bit further the brand new Philharmonic concert hall. Metro line 11 takes you directly in the Marais and line 2 directly to Sacré Coeur and Champs Elysées.
