“Stay in a stylish, newly renovated apartment in a charming 1930s French building, just 4 metro stops from the center of Paris ( Marais). Enjoy easy access to metro lines, bus routes, and parks like Buttes-Chaumont and park Belleville. The apartment, Houjra, is fully furnished with designer decor, a well-equipped kitchen, a Nespresso machine, and a comfy queen bed and a sofa bed, with fresh linens for a relaxing stay. Self check-in lets you arrive at your convenience, and you’ll have full access to make this your perfect Parisian home away from home.” ** House Manual ** We are excited to host you! Below are some guidelines and tips to help you make the most of your stay:

Bathroom

• The toilet is equipped with a shower head for your convenience. Toilet paper is provided. Please use it as needed and keep the area clean. • We provide shower gel, shampoo, handwash, as well as shower towels and a hand towel for your use.

Bedroom

• The closet is entirely for guest use, except for one or two cabinets reserved for the host’s bed linens and towels. Please avoid accessing these cabinets.

Kitchen

• The stove and oven are gas-operated, so please ensure they are switched off after each use for safety. • The Nespresso Vertuo Plus coffee machine is easy to use: press up to open and down to close. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee anytime! • A selection of tea bags is provided. Simply boil water in the electric kettle and enjoy your tea. • In the fridge, you’ll find welcome chilled drinks to enjoy upon your arrival. The fridge is clean and empty for your use, so feel free to stock it as needed during your stay. • Note: If there are any unopened food items left at the end of your stay, please don’t waste them. We encourage you to either donate them to homeless people or leave them for us to distribute. • Dishwash soap is provided by the host.

Laundry

• The washing machine is available for your use, but please note it does not have a dryer function. You can hang your clothes on the drying rack provided. • Laundry soap is also provided as needed during your stay.

Living Room & Entertainment

• The Bose speaker in the sitting room can be connected to your phone via the provided aux cable. It is compatible with Android, iPhone, USB-C, and Lightning devices. • In the bedroom, there’s another Bose Bluetooth speaker for your convenience. • The sofa bed in the sitting room can be easily converted into a bed by removing all 5 cushions, then removing the seat to use as the bedhead, pushing up the mattress, and unfolding it. Bed sheets are provided. • If you would like the sofa bed ready before your arrival, please let us know after booking, and we will take care of it. • The TV in the bedroom has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and French Orange TV channels. There are two remotes: one for the TV and one for the Orange TV decoder.

Dining & Work Space

• The dining table is extendable to accommodate up to 4 people. It can also be folded down for 2 or used as a workspace.
