Unique four story townhouse with an incredible view of the entire city in a prized neighborhood.

Situated on top of a hill in the 19em arrondissement, you are only 10mins walk from the canal St Martin and few minutes from the beautiful parc Buttes Chaumont, cafés and shops.

The house has a lot of charm, outfitted with custom build-ins and vintage mid century furnitures. This is a very spacious home (120sq meter) with balconies and an incredible view on the Eiffel Tower and the Sacré Coeur.

It is a four story townhouse composed this way:

Ground Floor: One bedroom/ bathroom 1st Floor: Kitchen/ dinning room/ library/ additional toilet. 2nd Floor: Master bedroom/ bathroom 3rd Floor: Living room with panoramic city views/ kitchenette

Note: The bedroom on the ground floor can get a bit noisy in the evening because of street noise.
