My home is composed of 2 rooms in succession on street, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a fully new double bed. The bright living room has a large sofa with chaise longue that can be used occasionally as an extra bed, and a fully equipped open kitchen. A bathroom with glass enclosed shower, and a toilet. A small fitted dressing room with hangers and shelves to store all your clothes is available in the room.

In the neighborhood you will find all the shops you will need, there are bakeries including one in the building, a pharmacy, a butcher, several supermarkets including a Franprix 2 minutes from the apartment, as well as several cafes and restaurants some of which are in the park Buttes-Chaumont. For gay life in the neighborhood, you have Rosa happiness in Buttes-Chaumont, a very popular gay-friendly bar restaurant. And at the Villette once every three months an After at Wild Cabaret UNDER.

Everything is just great with this place. Close to the Metro so you can get around easily throughout all of Paris. Wonderful healthy Bio bakery in the building. Kitchen practical with huge fridge and freezer.. Many grocery stores nearby. Very secure with gate codes and strong secure apartment door. Also walking distance to Parc des Buttes Chaumont as well as Parc de la Villette. Very practical and clean and well organized. Huge TV with cable if you may want to watch TV. :) Stephane is a wonderful host and went out of his way to help me things I needed. Always available and kind man. Helped me get a Sim card the day I arrived so my phone would work in Paris. Also very fast internet in the flat. Great kind and helpful host in all respects and speaks English well. All and all a wonderful place, location and exceptional host.
