The loft is located next to the Parc de La Villette and the Arena Porte de la Chapelle. It's right in the center of the Olympic points of interest. The apartment is a former brasserie converted into a loft.

I'm an architect and completely renovated the apartment in 2023.

Situated on the banks of the Canal de l'Ourcq and the Parc de la Villette, its location is ideal for enjoying Paris in summer.

The apartment is quiet and unoverlooked, overlooking a bamboo forest.

The central space is open-plan. The master bedroom is closed and the second bedroom is accessible via a wooden staircase that can be closed with a curtain. The bathroom is accessible via two doors. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Spacious, 4 people can easily live together in this 60m2 apartment.
