No smoking in the house. Please keep new carpets clean by taking off shoes to go upstairs. Please do not leave any food upstairs. Clean kitchen and counters after each use. You will have an area in the fridge and pantry for your food; please only use your area. Open a window after cooking to keep out smells and moisture. And Keep your bathroom clean. Guests can stay until 10PM, after 10PM there is an overnight fee for guests staying over night. $28 per night/Guest. No Pets. Quiet hours 10pm to 10am. Thanks and Enjoy your stay !
