It has 1 bedroom which includes 1 double size bed & 1 single futon. Living room has balcony with city view, comes with sofa bed which can allow to sleep 2 people, good for relaxation. Toiletries are hotel quality. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom & Toilet w/washlet is separate. Washing machine w/dryer function is provided. Entire apartment unit space Its located at 2nd floor. The entire unit are new and provide Hotel standard amenities. Kitchen / Bathroom / Washing machine with dryer function / Pocket wifi .

Entire unit is non smoking room , but at my balcony I have display the ashtray , when you need . You are able to access entire unit of my apartment so you do not need to worry to share with any other guests

House comes with: + Fridge, microwave + AC/heater + Washing machine + Clean sheets and Towels + Gas stove, cooking tools, washing detergent, and body wash/shampoo/conditioner

The Sofa bed is self-service, all the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, pillow cover, futon mat, these are real Japanese style, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins.

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.
