I live in a small one room apartment. I'm happy to give up my sofa bed for anyone visiting Tallinn. Can't offer much, other than the WiFi password and a cup of tea. :)
When alone I'm usually naked, so would also be happy to accept nude friends, though if you're not a nudist, it's not a problem for me to keep my clothes on during your stay. :D

My home is in the center of the city. Main bus station and tram stop are a 10 minute walk away. Airport is 8 bus/tramstops away from me. Old Town is 20 minutes on foot.

Not many rules, other than just common sense (like no loud noises after 9PM). I have a balcony for smokers if anyone does that. I have some trust issues, so I only allow visitors when I'm also home. Meaning if you stay for a few days and I have to go to work, then that means you also have to go out.

I had a lovely stay and would happily recommend this place! The location is excellent, less than a 15-minute walk from the Old Town, with the metro to the airport just minutes away. The flat is small but cosy, quiet, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Roman is a wonderful, warm, and welcoming host—always responsive, helpful, and easygoing. Everything was uncomplicated; I felt personal, relaxed, and completely stress-free. I'd happily return!

The accomodation is simple and personal, it is a nice spot to start from when visiting Tallinn. Very close to the beautiful old town. The 'story telling' guide offers a great experience on the discovery tour of Tallinn. Price and quality are good. Recommended!

In the center of the city? Yes, definitely. In fact, it was often quicker to walk than to wait for a bus or tram. In addition, Tallinn's bus station is within walking distance, and the city's airport and seaport are short bus or tram rides away (no transfers required). The host is very hospitable and was not put off by my 3 a.m. return to the apartment after a night in Old Town. It was a pleasure chatting with him over a cup of coffee when I woke up.

What a great experience to share my stay with Roman at his place. A great host, open, social, good communicator and we talked a lot together. Everything felt very comfortable. Pity I only stayed 1 night. Definitely will go back.

Roman is a great host. He gave me recommendations of places to visit in the city, and he provided coffee every morning. The apartment is within walking distance of the city center. It is also located close to public transportation options. I would recommend staying with Roman
