AMENITIES: All amenities found in the apartment are for the use and enjoyment of guests; it is strictly prohibited to remove them from the apartment or simply take them with you. FOOD AND BEVERAGES: Guests are free to consume food and beverages found in the apartment and are asked to replace what they use as a courtesy to subsequent guests, if possible. RIGHT OF ADMISSION: The host reserves the right to refuse admission to occasional visitors, and they may only enter with prior authorization from the host. In case of non-compliance, the host reserves the right to order the visitor to leave immediately. DISTURBANCES: The volume of televisions or sound equipment inside the apartment must be moderate, and noise that disturbs the neighbors must be avoided.
