I had a fantastic stay at Jeffrey's 420 Shiloh in Palm Springs. The location is incredibly central, with quick access to downtown and an easy drive to surrounding communities throughout the Coachella Valley. I stayed during the Palm Springs International Film Festival, and it was an ideal home base—getting to all of the festival venues was fast and stress-free. Jeffrey was incredibly responsive and communicative, making the check-in process seamless and answering all of my questions about the area and the bedroom rental right away. Everything was comfortable, convenient, and exactly as described. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone considering a stay in Palm Springs and would happily stay here again.

Another relaxing stay at Jeffrey's place. Unreasonably warm for Oct/Nov, but a welcome relief from a midwest fall. As always, Jeffrey was accommodating and available during my stay. He is a true nurturer with his guests and onsite friendly pooches.

I had an incredible time staying with Jeffrey! He's the best host I've ever had. We had such a great conversation, and he was so warm and welcoming. The place is absolutely stunning! It's so relaxing during the day, and when the sun sets, it transforms into this breathtaking resort. Jeffrey is an artist, and you can see his talent everywhere. The landscaped backyard is designed with such care and attention to detail, and the pool is immaculate. The location is perfect too can't to get back

Another relaxing, accommodating stay at Jeffrey's poolside room. Beautiful weather, and it was fun to play with Jeffrey's dogs and their visiting friend. Fired up hot tub capped off the evenings before bed. Jeffrey had a full house on the weekend, and was always available for questions or advice. Looking forward to another stay!

Jeffrey is a wonderful person and I enjoyed my stay in Palm Springs. I had a nice relaxing vacation laying by the pool and enjoying the sunshine of Palm Springs. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a great one night stay and visit at Jeffrey's place recently. He was very nice and professional and my room was perfect for what I needed! It was located pool-side and had it's own nice bathroom and shower along with a comfortable bed and well-working A/C! Located south of Arenas Road and only a 15 minute walk there if you didn't want to take rideshare, which is so easy in PS too! Johnny Costa's Italian restaurant is only a 10 minute walk and highly-recommended for dine in or take out. Overall, I would highly recommend Jeffrey's place and enjoying lazying around by the pool all afternoon!

I had an incredibly relaxing and peaceful time at the Shiloh. I had no idea how beautiful the backyard would be. So serene and quiet. It's a very short ride share to the bars, but I recommend spending at least one night around the pool to take in the happy and calming vibes. Jeff is incredibly friendly and one of the best hosts I've met. Thanks for an amazing stay!
