Queer owned and operated rental.
The house is a remodeled Bungalow with an ADU. The original home was remodeled in 2016; this is the space for lease. My husband and I live in the ADU with our two small dogs.
20 minute walk to Northgate Light Rail Station (or 4 minute drive). Free parking at this station allows for easy access to Downtown, Capital Hill, Airport Etc. A much closer light rail station will open soon (fall 2026) and is very walkable to the house.
I also offer a shuttle service to and from downtown and the airport. Please inquire if you are interested!
Ample parking at the house, fully fenced yard, and access to shared salt water hot tub. (shared only with myself and my husband). The front yard is fully fenced and secure for most dogs.

The house is in a residential area of North Seattle. The short drive or 20 minute walk to the light rail (at Northgate Station) puts you within easy access to Capital Hill, Downtown, and the airport. (NEW STATION 0.5 Miles from the house opens soon!)
Two blocks north is Northacres Park and Dog Park. A great place for humans and dogs to hangout.
A short drive to the Edmonds Ferry or to the Mukilteo Ferry make visiting the Islands and Peninsula easy.
Super easy access to I-5 South from 130th St. Easy access to I-5 North and close to I-405. Location of the house makes visiting all of Seattle and East Side convenient.
