The house is a remodeled Bungalow with an ADU. The original home was remodeled in 2016; this is the space for lease. My husband and I live in the ADU with our two small dogs.
20 minute walk to Northgate Light Rail Station (or 4 minute drive). Free parking at this station allows for easy access to Downtown, Capital Hill, Airport Etc.
Ample parking at the house, fully fenced yard, and access to shared salt water hot tub. (shared only with myself and my husband). The front yard is fully fenced and secure for most dogs.

Property owners live on-site in completely separate unit and are available for any issues/concerns at a moments notice.
