Located in the Libération district, close to the market and amenities: streetcar, bus, shops and not far from the beach, you can do everything on foot. The apartment comprises an entrance hall with corridor, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto an inner courtyard, a bathroom with bathtub, a living room with small table and the bedroom with double bed, large closet and chest of drawers. The apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate 2 people. It's the perfect place to discover Nice, the French Riviera and the surrounding area, and why not take a trip to Italy or go skiing. Available from February 08 to March 20 and long weekends for a minimum of 3 nights at €95 per night + €35 cleaning fee + linen + extra services. Weekly rental rate €500.
