•Pet must be pre-approved $20 per pet/per day fee (2 pets maximum) Pets are not allowed on beds or on furniture at anytime Pet feces must be cleaned up inside the unit or on the property grounds. If feces is left there will be a an additional cleaning fee of $50 Pets can not be washed or bathed in sinks of tub FEES: Pet urinating indoors will result in $100 floor disinfecting fee FEES: Pet showered in bath tub or sinks will result in a $200 fee FEES: Pet hair found on sheets or furniture will result in $100 fee Please follow check-in instructions Do not have more guests than stated on the reservation • Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. • Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere in the home or in the common areas on the property this is a smoke-free building. • Smoking anywhere on the property will result in a $250 remediation fee. • Smoking is permitted in front of the building on the sidewalk ONLY. • Do not disrespect Neighbors • No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays get-togethers, hangouts, and the like. • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors. • No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm. • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. • Use of Community Amenities at your own risk. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. • Mail service not supported. All packages will be rejected. We suggest guests that require mail delivery set up a temporary mailbox at the UPS Store or USPS • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. • FEES: Lost TV remote control will result in a $50 Charge • FEES: Lost Key Fob will result in a $250 Charge • FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge and possible termination of the reservation without a refund. • FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75. • FEES: $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation. • FEES: $50 Handling Charge AFTER shipping costs for items left behind that need to be sent back. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at our discretion. • FEES: Tampering with the Security system in any way will result in the cancelation of reservations without a refund, such as but not limited to covering, unplugging, and tampering Fee: $20 per hour for late checkout.
