Beautiful apartment in Copacabana.

HOUSE RULES 1) The property is located at a residential address. No noise that might disturb the neighbors is allowed (Silence Law - 22:00 Hs Until 08.00 Hs). 2) Do not throw toilet paper/absorbent/etc. down the toilet. 3) Separate organic and recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags 4) Use the service entrance (and elevator) when you are wearing bathing suits or luggage, and always wash your feet to remove sand from the beach, I apologize for this rule, but it is a condominium rule. and I ask you to understand. 5) Always turn off the lights and unplug electrical equipment before leaving the house (air conditioning, fans, television...). 6) We check in from 14:00 and check out until 12:00. We cordially offer flexibility in these times if there are no other guests arriving or departing. 7) For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen with a blanket and 2 bath towels and 1 face towel. Bed and bath linen change services can be hired and paid for separately. Our bed and bath linen is in perfect condition - please let us know if you find any in poor condition so that we can change it / Do not use the bath towel on the beach or by the pool / Be careful with products that could damage them (especially make-up and sunscreen), 8) There is no problem cooking, but please leave everything in order. 19) Check-in and check-out is done by claudinha. The keys are always handed over and must be left in claudinha's hands. I kindly ask you never to leave the key at the building's entrance. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, please let me know so that I can help you find where the key can be left. 11) You are not allowed to leave your suitcases in the lobby 12) No smoking in the accommodation. 13) No parties. The apartment is very comfortable but small, so it's not possible to have a party there.
