A bright, very quiet private room with relaxing views of the park. Designed for your comfort, it features a shared bathroom (just with me) equipped with a spacious bathtub. The neighborhood is residential, safe, and has plenty of places to enjoy your free time (numerous shops, bars, and restaurants), and it’s very well connected: about a 20-minute walk to downtown or a 10-minute bus ride.

I enjoy welcoming my guests and will do everything I can to ensure you have a wonderful stay. As a gay host, I offer a space where you can feel completely at ease, in a safe and non-judgmental environment; in fact, nudism is allowed in my home. As a true Malaga native, I’ll also be happy to give you all the information you need about the city and the local scene.

YOUR SPACE:

🌳 Light and Views: Large windows facing the park ensure peace and quiet and plenty of natural light. 🌡 Climate Control: You’ll have a fan in the summer and heating in the winter for your total comfort. 🧳 Storage: You’ll have coat racks and spacious drawers under the bed to conveniently organize all your luggage. 🛁 Shared Bathroom: You’ll share it exclusively with me. It features a spacious bathtub, a bidet, and a full set of toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, cologne, toothpaste, toilet paper, and towels). 💻 Work area: Desk, chair, and Wi-Fi connection—perfect if you need to work on your laptop. 🏖 Beach: I’ll provide a beach umbrella and towel in case you want to head to the coast.

LOCATION AND IMPORTANT DETAILS:

🚌 Transportation: There are buses 50 meters away to take you to downtown or to the train station (Cercanías) with direct service to Torremolinos. 🚗 Free parking: You can park for free on the street (in a safe residential area). 🏢 The building: The building has an elevator for your convenience when arriving with luggage. 🐈 Pet: I live here with my cat, Andy. Please keep this in mind if you have allergies.
