This small detached house consists of two floors. Downstairs living room-kitchen and toilet and upstairs 2 bedrooms + bathroom with shower. The idea is to host someone economically, offering standards in line with the price for someone looking to enjoy the city and do not want to spend too much on accommodation. We are 25 minutes walking distance from downtown and good bus connections to downtown and the beach. The gym (with a lot of gay public) go fit is very close to the property and the gay pub (la comedia or el carmen) is only 30 minutes walking from the property.
