I provide an integrative approach to your massage session with modalities of light and medium Swedish massage, deep tissue, Myofascial, Sports massage, stretching, and Medical massage. Massages are performed on a heated, memory foam topped massage table. The warm studio space has dim lights, soft music, and essential oils aromatherapy to enhance the experience. Enjoy the soothing, relaxing effects of hydrocollator heat packs or ice to reduce inflamed painful areas. A shower is available before and after for your convenience. Serenity Spa is a very friendly judgement-free zone. All LGBTQI+ and non-binary persons are welcomed. I am mindful of client safety, comfort, confidentiality, and privacy. LGBTQI+ friendly are welcomed as well. My studio is located in Mesquite, Texas in a quiet residential home easily accessible via car transportation or Uber/Lyft travel and with ample public street parking. Sixteen year LMT.
