We offer a small private room, with a full comfy antique bed, perfect for one, cozy for two. There is a private full bath across the hall with both tub and shower, Guests have use of the entire house, deck and large private back yard, full kitchen, comfortable living area with large flat screen TV that guests may enjoy with us anytime. We encourage guests to make themselves at home with us in the common area. Guests enjoy free high speed WiFi internet, curbside parking, we are two blocks from DART train. Smoking is permitted in back yard only. Pets are not permitted. House is in a safe, family oriented neighborhood, with tree lined streets, 5 minutes from the famous Bishop Arts Restaurant district, and 10 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes to Cedar Springs District (gay strip), and 10 minutes to the Trinity Groves Restaurant district and downtown Dallas is just across the river. Basically we are in a perfect location, 30 minutes from DFW airport, 15 minutes from Love Field DAL airport, 25 minutes from AT&T Stadium, and 15 minutes to AA Center. We want all of our guests to feel like family when they stay with us.

Jay and Tomas are the best hosts. They communicate well and easy to talk to. They share their stories with us and make us feel at home. The home is in a quiet historic neighborhood, a couple of miles from Bishop arts district. Highly recommended.

Jay and Tomas are delightful hosts and their home is amazing! They are friendly and considerate and their home is a nearly endless collection of very interesting mementos of their travels that would make a museum jealous. Anyone going to Dallas would do well to choose their place

This was an absolutely perfect stay in Dallas. Communication was terrific, their place was so cute, parking my car was easy and I slept like a king - very quiet and peaceful. I loved getting to know Jay and he even took me to an amazing pizza place for dinner as Tomas was out with colleagues. I had fun visiting with them both in the evening - it was especially to cool to see Jay's photographs and collections from his travels. Highly recommend. Thanks boys!
