No smoking, pets or visitors - we do have a friend dog living in the home. Guests should comply with the parking regulations and requirements. The Jack and Jill bathroom may be shared with other guests stay at the house. No shoes inside the home. No parties or events. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed without approval from hosts. Quiet time after 11 p.m. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin. Please be courteous of other guests and neighbors while using the pool. No pets allowed. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the ******** amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to MisterBandB. Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.

Rusty and Ed are fabulous hosts. Their home is absolutely gorgeous and extremely well kept. It's also in a fantastic location in Dallas. I'm sad that I did not get to stay long enough to enjoy their beautiful pool which means I will definitely have to be back again! Not to mention they have the most adorable and sweet loving dog. Highly recommend!

Rusty and Ed were AMAZING hosts! They were warm and welcoming. Had the best time with them! The house is beautiful, the pool is gorgeous. Bed is comfy and great guest bath. Will definitely stay here again!

Was looking for a quite convenient location and this was it! Rusty & Ed were a fantastic hosts who welcomed me into their home and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The house inside and out is very well kept and beautifully decorated and organized. And their DOG...I miss her already. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great, but short stay. The home is Century located. His directions were easy to find the house and there's plenty of parking in the street. The house was very clean. My room was very nice and there was nice amenities would definitely recommend.

Rusty and Ed's place was magnificent. They and their cute doggo were super friendly! Dallas is not new to my partner and I, however, Rusty and Ed had exceptional recommendations for us and even 2 new gay bars we had not visited! The house was super clean, and the bed was very comfortable! Everything was even cuter than the photos, and check-in was a breeze. We would absolutely stay with Rusty and Ed again when visiting Dallas and would definitely recommend them to others visiting as well!

Rusty and Eduardo were amazing hosts! They were very open, kind and treated me like family. The place was wonderful and very comfortable. They shared meals and took me out to see the town. I would highly recommend this stay and these meeting these men. This is the reason I travel with Mister BnB.
