No smoking, pets or visitors - we do have a friendly dog living in the home. Guests should comply with the parking regulations and requirements. The Jack and Jill bathroom may be shared with other guests stay at the house. No shoes inside the home. No parties or events. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed without approval from hosts. Quiet time after 11 p.m. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room. Dispose of the garbage in the trash bin. Please be courteous of other guests and neighbors while using the pool. No pets allowed. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the ******** amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to MisterBandB. Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.

Rusty (and Ed) were exceptional hosts. From the moment my booking was accepted, Rusty made me feel genuinely welcome and at ease. Their home is comfortable, safe, and immaculately clean — exactly as pictured and beautifully decorated. They truly elevate what it means to be a host. It was clear they're experienced and thoughtful, striking the perfect balance of being fun, respectful, and accommodating. Our conversations were honest, deep, and engaging, and I really appreciated their local recommendations for things to do during my stay. We shared stories about travel and the places we've been, and by the end of my stay, it genuinely felt like I'd made new friends. I couldn't recommend staying with them more highly.

Rusty and Ed are amazing hosts. Their beautiful home is exactly as pictured and their hospitality is both outstanding and above and beyond. My husband and I stayed at their place for my birthday weekend and they greeted us with a bottle of bubbles and box of chocolates for my birthday. What an incredibly thoughtful and unexpected surprise. They gave great recommendations for places to eat and neighborhoods to explore since it was our first visit to Dallas. I cannot say enough positive things about them and our stay. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough positive things about Rusty and Ed! They were so caring and intentional about my needs, even anticipating things like having coffee to go in the morning and dinners at night. Conversation was lovely, the house was stunning, and it was such a joy to stay at their lovely, clean place! Their adorable, little pup is a nice bonus, too! So cute! Thank you again!

Brief but blissful stay with two incredible guys (and the sweetest pup) who made me feel right at home - Unmatched hospitality and accommodation. Immaculate space stocked with amenities that make a stay feel like luxe. Hope to be back through again! 10/10.

5-stars! We loved our stay at the Urban Oasis. Rusty and Eduardo are amazing hosts and they were equipped with great recommendations. Their dog is the sweetest, most loving thing and will steal your hearts (in a good way). Their home is beautiful with a renovated kitchen, and the bedroom and bathroom had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back when it's pool season!
